UNI/PdR 125:2022 aims to start a systemic path of cultural change in organizations in order to properly manage gender equity and benefit from concrete advantages. More in detail, Euro&Promos intends to act on the following drivers:

- adoption of policies and measures to promote female employment and ’empowerment of women
- adoption of measures to promote effective equality between men and women in the world of work
- promotion of welfare policies
