Our story began in 1994 with the founding of Eurocoop, which then merged with Promos San Giacomo in 2007 to create Euro&Promos FM Soc. Coop.p.a. In 2017, continuing its evolution, Euro&Promos FM was transformed into a joint-stock company, aligning itself with the demands of the market. It is the main company of the Group and a leading Italian multi-services enterprise. It offers services for cleaning services, warehouse-logistics and industrial maintenance, as well as managing services in the cultural field.

Euro&Promos Social Health Care Soc. Coop.
Founded in 1996 and took its current name in 2016. It offers integrated management of residential sites (nursing homes, residential homes and care homes) and home-care services for the elderly and disabled persons. It also offers social and health-care and rehabilitation services, in addition to entertainment, socialising and educational/recreational services for minors.
