Our company philosophy is rooted in quality, as a fundamental value, and continuous improvement, as an operational approach. Our constant commitment to
effective organisation of the service, safeguarding of the environment, safety and respect for the rights of employees is demonstrated by the numerous certifications that we have achieved over the years.
Certification of the quality of our work, which we periodically renew and add to, are also a guarantee for our customers of a reliable service with high standards. Particularly in the most sensitive environments, such as healthcare facilities, offices open to the public and production and storage spaces, our certifications further demonstrate the reliability of our services.
In order to ensure adequate protection for those who contribute to the improvement of our organisation by reporting crimes or irregularities they have become aware of in the course of their work relations, we have put in place a procedure and a whistleblowing form.

The transition towards sustainable development requires policies, tools and concrete actions. Responsibility to future generations requires a strong commitment to use natural resources carefully and minimise impacts.
Through investment in the technical, economic and professional resources necessary for sustainable management, we constantly improve our environmental performance, minimising the impacts of our company site and structures (offices and warehouses), as well as the services issued.
Caring for our planet also involves caring for the people who inhabit it. SA8000:2014 – Management System for Social Responsibility
The international SA 8000 standard expects Euro&Promos to adopt a management model that aims to enhance and protect all staff, is committed to sustainable development and in particular to social issues. The objectives are to improve staff conditions, promote ethical and fair treatment of staff and include international human rights conventions.

Fitosanitary FITOK Brand
It certifies that the packaging produced by Euro&Promos on behalf of its customers is FITOK certified and therefore suitable for trade between countries in accordance with the FAO’s ISPM-15 rules on phytosanitary measures, i.e. treated in such a way as to prevent the spread of harmful organisms, thus avoiding possible contagion with serious economic and environmental impacts on the world’s forest heritage.

ECOLABEL
The EU Ecolabel is a label of environmental excellence, which comes to products and services that meet high environmental standards throughout their life cycle.
It attests that Euro&Promos also takes into account the average lifespan of the products it uses, their reusability/recyclability, the reduction in packaging and their recycled material content when carrying out its services.Furthermore, the EU Ecolabel promotes the circular economy by encouraging producers to generate less waste and CO2 during the production process.
It certifies that Euro&Promos uses it:
- recycled materials;
- certified ecological products;
- equipment and vehicles with low polluting emissions;
- energy solutions from renewable sources.

EPD Environmental Product Declaration
The Environmental Product Declaration (DAP) is a voluntary product certification scheme. It is a document that allows Euro&Promos to communicate objective, comparable and credible information on the environmental performance of products and services.

EMAS Eco-Management and Audit Scheme
It is an instrument of voluntary membership. Euro&Promos once again underlines its commitment to improving its environmental performance, as well as transparency through the publication of its environmental policies and programmes in the Environmental Declaration. Adherence to this scheme, starting from full regulatory compliance, requires compliance with the tools and management methods to be adopted to achieve the performance objectives, independently determined by the organisation.

GDPR General Data Protection Regulation
It is a European Union regulation on the processing of personal data and privacy. Euro&Promos attests that it complies with the European Commission’s requirements, whose objective is to strengthen the protection of the personal data of European Union (EU) citizens.

ISO 37001:2016 – Management system for the prevention of corruption
Euro&Promos, one of the first in Italy in the multi-service sector to have obtained certification, certifies its anti-corruption system, highlighting both the absence of organisational shortcomings and the adoption of an effective and appropriate anti-corruption organisational model.
The existence of a systemic approach to the management of anti-corruption prevention represents a distinctive and forerunner element compared to competitors.
Through ISO 37001 certification, the company is able to increase the trust of the market and its stakeholders, ensuring security and respect for the legality of the organisation for the performance of services, certifying the concrete presence of internal control and prevention measures, which include the evaluation of ethical and moral integrity issues. -
ATTESTED ASSEVERATION of the Organisation and Security Management Model
The certificate of affidavit is a document issued by a professional or specialized company that certifies the possession of certain requirements. After the positive verification (by inspection, verification and audit) Euro&Promos has received the certificate of conformity of the organisation and safety management model.

ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
ISO 45001 attests that Euro&Promos complies with the requirements for an occupational health and safety (OSH) management system and is therefore committed to providing safe and healthy workplaces, preventing work-related injuries and illnesses and proactively improving its OSH performance. The risk-based approach concerns workers as much as customers and suppliers. The objectives relate to the continuous improvement of health and safety performance, full compliance with legal requirements and other obligations undertaken.

ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System
It is a voluntary international standard, applicable to any type of public or private organisation, which specifies the requirements of an environmental management system. This certification certifies that Euro&Promos effectively monitors the environmental aspects of the services provided, in order to reduce the impacts on the surrounding environment.

QB Quality & Wellbeing Residential Facilities QB Brand
The Quality & Wellbeing Mark is a model of self-evaluation, mutual and participatory evaluation of the quality and wellbeing of the elderly in residential structures of a social-healthcare nature designed to take care of non-self-sufficient or partially non-self-sufficient people.
Euro&Promos, as a partner, adopts one of the best and most representative best practices in Italy in terms of quality management and continuous improvement in the social welfare sector. -
ISO 3834-2:2005 – Construction of Structural Carpentry Elements
It certifies that the metal carpentry works and welding operations on structural elements carried out by Euro&Promos’ Mechanical Maintenance Division are compliant.
The certification covers the “Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials” and applies to welding operations both in the workshop and on site. -
EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 Structural Components and Kits for Steel Structures
UNI EN 1090 certification relates to the production of structural components in steel and aluminium, as well as kits placed on the market as construction products. This type of certification is internationally recognised. It certifies the capacity of the mechanical maintenance division of Euro&Promos, which meets all the qualitative characteristics required by UNI EN 1090 part 1 standards. It concerns the construction of metal structures to be laid once finished, the production of metal carpentry elements, structural elements, plates, sheets, profiles of various shapes.
What has been realised is CE marked and can be permanently incorporated in construction works (buildings or civil engineering works) and can have a structural function in relation to construction works. -
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
It is the internationally recognised standard of reference for quality management.
This certification attests that Euro&Promos intends to constantly pursue its customers’ satisfaction with the products and services provided, as well as the continuous improvement of its services. It also certifies that Euro&Promos is committed to ensuring that the quality of its services is maintained and improved over time.

UNI 10881:2013 Services-Residential Assistance to the Elderly-Service Requirements
This service standard enters into the merit of what are the qualifying factors of the elderly residential care service.
It represents a guarantee for the guest in that it certifies adequate procedures for acceptance, reception and insertion; personalisation of the assistance intervention (both for diet and for recreational activities and relations with the outside world); adequacy of the service offered (quality, timing, modes) and comfort of the residential spaces. -
BIOSAFETY TRUST CERTIFICATION – Infection Prevention and Control Management System
It is the first certification scheme for management systems to prevent the spread of infections and to protect people’s health. It attests to the fact that Euro&Promos adopts a set of reference best practices to minimise the risks of epidemics spreading in public and private meeting places, such as transport, entertainment venues (restaurants, theatres, museums, gyms and swimming pools), accommodation facilities (hotels, cruise ships, congress centres) and nursing and retirement homes. The scheme also requires ad hoc training courses on strict compliance with hygiene regulations and with the management system in the specific context.

ISO 14067:2018 – Carbon Footprint
After several months of study, and collaboration with a number of important public clients and first level industrial realities, Euro&Promos has achieved Carbon Footprint certification in accordance with the ISO 14067:2018 standard. The study, whose objective was to measure the total amount of greenhouse gas emissions caused directly or indirectly by sanitary, civil and industrial cleaning services, places the Friuli-based company among the most important players at national level in its commitment to reducing emissions that have a direct environmental impact.

UNI EN 14065:2016 – Biocontamination control system in the washing of textile products
The UNI EN 14065 certification allows industrial laundries to implement a quality system that aims to control the microbiological quality of the treated garments. It describes a risk management approach designed to enable laundries to continuously ensure the microbiological quality of the fabrics treated in the laundry. It is based on the evaluation of the Risk Analysis and Biocontamination Control (RABC) system. This analysis system is applied to the entire washing process, from the entry of the textiles to their delivery to the end user. Euro&Promos Laundry, with a certified and controlled system, allows maximum decontamination and minimum recontamination of the textiles washed and supplied for hire to healthcare and tourist facilities. -
ISO 50001:2018 – Energy Management Systems
ISO 50001 defines at international level the requirements for a systematic energy management with the aim of increasing its energy efficiency, thus reducing its environmental impact related to this factor. The objective of the standard is to allow an organisation to pursue, the continuous improvement of its energy performance. Euro&Promos thus demonstrates once again its commitment to improving its performance also in the field, an area that is assessed with increasing attention by business partners and consequently valued by the market.

INDUSTRIA FELIX AWARD – Competitive, reliable and sustainable companies
“Euro&Promos, a leading Italian company in the facility management sector, has been awarded the “Industria Felix – L’Italia che compete” prize for Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia for these reasons. This is an award reserved for businesses with virtuous balance sheets which highlights the excellence of Italian companies in relation to the main balance sheet parameters. Industria Felix has identified only companies that in their respective categories have recorded among the best mol, profit, positive roe, financial charges ratio/mol, a delta employees equal to or increasing compared to the previous year and a Cerved Group Score Impact of solvency or financial security.

Etica ethics prize from the Euretica association
Euro&Promos has been awarded the Etica ethics prize by the Euretica association “for its contribution through conduct that promotes a culture of ethics and social integration in civil society”.

We have adopted and constantly apply the provisions of Italian Law 231 on corporate responsibility, implementing self-audit procedures aimed at preventing crimes in performance of business and crimes in the provision of services. UNI EN 13549:2003 – Quality measurement systems
UNI EN 13549 certification is intended for organizations, whether public or private, that basically deal with cleaning and sanitizing services in sensitive environments, such as, health care companies, hospitals, RSAs, schools, hotels, businesses, public places.
The transformation of the scenario and the consequences related to the pandemic, have raised awareness of quality indicators in environmental cleaning and sanitation services.
In terms of effectiveness, the possession of a certification such as UNI EN 13549, combined with the achievement of ISO 9001 and ISO 16636 certifications, as in the case of Euro&Promos, guarantees a high level of service quality, with a focus on innovation and continuous process improvement.

ISO 30415 – Diversity&Inclusion
ISO 30415 – Diversity&Inclusion aims to demonstrate the company’s commitment and ability to value diversity in the workplace, fostering inclusion, a welcoming and multicultural corporate culture, as well as the adoption of appropriate policies to reduce the gender gap.
It involves Governance, the Board, employees and stakeholders and aims to identify a set of principles, roles, actions, policies, processes, measures to support and develop diversity and inclusion in the company.
The ISO applies to the entire human resources management lifecycle and provides for the monitoring of specific KPIs, encouraging organisations to adopt a plan for the continuous improvement of inclusive and diversity capabilities.

UNI EN 16636:2015 – Pest Management System
UNI EN 16636:2015 is the European standard transposed also at Italian level that defines the requirements for the management and control of pest management and certifies the skills possessed by professional service providers, Euro&Promos, in order to protect public health, goods and the environment.
It refers to all aspects and all phases of service delivery, starting from the first contact with the client, through the design of the service delivery method, the estimate, the actual pest control activity and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the interventions, if necessary, to the recalibration of the service. The standard also defines in detail the characteristics and skills of the personnel involved in the service. -
UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Guidelines
UNI/PdR 125:2022 aims to start a systemic path of cultural change in organizations in order to properly manage gender equity and benefit from concrete advantages. More in detail, Euro&Promos intends to act on the following drivers:
- compliance with the constitutional principles of equality and parity
- adoption of policies and measures to promote female employment and ’empowerment of women
- adoption of measures to promote effective equality between men and women in the world of work

Certificate of Asseveration
It certifies the correct adoption and effective implementation of the Organizational Management Model for Health and Safety in the Workplace referred to in Art. 30 of L. D. 81/08, as amended, also in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.

Thanks to its growing commitment to sustainability, Euro&Promos was awarded the EcoVadis gold medal in 2024, significantly improving its ranking (previous award: silver category).
