An important weekend for Friuli Venezia Giulia has just ended: Barcolana, the world’s largest regatta, now in its 50th edition with record numbers (2689 participants and over 25 thousand visitors who came to Trieste from whole world).
Along the crowded Rive, among the numerous stands and after the majestic schoolship Amerigo Vespucci , a Wärtsilä engine appeared surprisingly, mastering its size and particularity. The curious visitors could not stop and ask for information about it.
We thank Wärtsilä Italy for the hospitality. It was a pleasure, as well as an honor, to collaborate for the exhibition of the engine at Barcolana!
