Legality rating: the Competition and Market Authority renews the maximum score for Euro&Promos

The Italian Antitrust Authority has awarded the highest score in the legality rating to Euro&Promos of Udine.

Out of nine thousand Italian companies subject to control by the AGCM, only 666 currently obtain the highest score, seven of which are in the province of Udine.

This is a reconfirmation for the company, led by CEO Alberto Tavano Colussi, which has been awarded the highest score in this assessment, three stars, since 2017.

The legality rating rewards companies that act according to the principles of legality and transparency. This tool, introduced in agreement with the Ministry of Economic Development in 2012, is aimed at promoting and introducing principles of ethical behaviour within companies and, more generally, the degree of attention paid to the proper management of their business.

The score is measured in ‘stars’ from a minimum of one, the company respects legality, to a maximum of three, the company in question goes beyond the legal obligations and has six other fundamental requirements, including being equipped with a supervisory body (law 231 of 2001), the presence of proven systems of Corporate Social Responsibility and adherence to ethical codes of category.

This result confirms the work started a few years ago on the transparency front. There is an ethical aspect to our profession that we consider fundamental in order to operate correctly internally and with our public and private partners. These are values on which the daily work of each of us is based.” The CEO explains.

Euro&Promos recently released its half-yearly balance sheet figures, which confirm growth both in terms of turnover, with a 37.5% increase over the same period last year, and in terms of employment, with an increase of almost 300 employees in 2020.
