There is a “pink engine” behind the growth of Euro&Promos, the Friuli-based company that is one of the main players at national level in facility management, which recently closed its half-yearly report with a 37.5% increase compared to the same period last year, with a turnover of 65 million euros. In fact, there are more than 5,000 women operating throughout the country out of a total of almost seven thousand employees. More than 70% of the entire workforce are women, with an average age ranging from 30 to 55.
